These pictures were taken on August 1st 2009 around the Grimselpass-area.

The Grimmsel Pass is a beautiful, ridable, mountain pass through a glacial hydro lake area. The lower north ramp is fast, smooth sweepers leading to the twisty top. The south ramp is switchbacks down to the village of Gletsch. Cross the bridge at Gletsch and the Furka Pass begins, winding up past the Rhone Glacier and onto Andermatt.
